I wish to add new glossary terms to the content of my pages.

  1. Click on ‘glossary' in the left hand column
  2. In the second box named ‘Add glossary term' choose which section you would like the new glossary term to be added to. Or if you are adding a completely new term to the site, select ‘create new section' from the drop down menu.
  3. Give the glossary term a title
  4. Then add in the description of the new glossary term
  5. Hit ‘save' to save your new term.
  6. To then add this term into the content of your site, open a page where you would like the term added to
  7. Highlight the individual word or phrase that you would like the glossary term attached to
  8. Then select the ‘glossary' button in the editor toolbar, this is the button on the right hand side of the toolbar with an A-Z on it.
  9. Select the correct glossary term that you would like to add, click ‘OK' and then ‘save' the page.
  10. Then when someone clicks on that word on the Live site a small window will appear with the glossary term.
