This part of the CMS allows you to create, update and delete page templates. When you first select the 'development tools' a list of templates will be shown.
By clicking on a template from the list you are able to update it, modify it or delete it.
Or you can create a new template altogether, by selecting 'create template' in the right hand actions column.
